Eligibility
Drawing is offered only through the Tread Lightly! website to persons 18 years old or older who have completed the Tread Lightly! 101 Online Awareness Course. Only one entry per person is allowed. Winners will be notified by email, and therefore must provide a working email address to be eligible. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor; affiliates; advertising, promotion, cagers, and fulfillment agencies; and legal advisors, and their immediate family members and persons living in the same household, are not eligible to participate in the Drawing. Void where prohibited. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
Prizes
1 Cabela’s Hat, drawn monthly.
1 “Outdoor Gear Package” drawn on Deceber 1, 2008. The package includes an off-road backpack, a PackSeat camping chair, a Tread Lightly! 6-pack cooler, and a Coleman Road Trip Party Grill. Package subject to change.
Winners
Winners may be required to sign and return a release of liability, declaration of eligibility, and, where lawful, a publicity agreement, in connection with accepting prize, all within 14 days of notification. By accepting and/or using prize, winner agrees to the use of his or her name, voice, or likeness for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to timely return the completed and executed affidavit and releases as required, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.
Conditions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Rules & Regulations and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final. Sponsor, agents, and representatives of Sponsor; affiliates; advertising, promotion, cagers, and fulfillment agencies; and legal advisors, are not responsible for and shall not be liable for (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible tickets (ii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Drawing to be disrupted or corrupted; (iii) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance or possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Drawing, or (iv) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Drawing.
By Participating In the Drawing
Participants agree to release and hold Sponsor and the employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor; affiliates; advertising, promotion, cagers, and fulfillment agencies; and legal advisors, harmless from any kind of losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Drawing or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
